the new Construction
Regulations 2014.

In the old Construction Regulations, the medical cer.
tificate of health and fitness was simply.
required for staff members doing defined threat work, inc.

suspended scaffolds, tower crane operators, constru.
ction automobile- as well as mobile plant.

The new laws call for that all construction staff members are in property of a medical certificate of health and fitness certain to the construction work to be done.
